RETURN POLICY

 

In order to obtain a RETURN OF MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number, we ask you to communicate with info@infologicebm.com .  Describe the problem and provide the proof of purchase (the date of purchase and receipt).  A service representative will provide you with an authorization number for the return of the merchandise.  If the product is no longer under warranty, the representative will inform you the details for the cost of repairs to be incurred.   We invite you to consult our RETURN POLICY concerning the return of merchandise to INFO-LOGIC E.B.M. 2000.
