Upon receipt of a purchase order clearly marked "Product for Evaluation" all networking products are available at no cost for a period of two weeks, after which time the product can either be returned or will be invoiced.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT:

Any questions relating to technical assistance may be forwarded to INFOLOGIC Technical Support at 1-800-774-3370 or by email at infologic@videotron.net. If immediate response is not available, we guarantee a return call within 1 hour. In the event that an intervention from the technical support staff of TRENDware international is required, we guarantee that this will be done well within 4 hours Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA)

In the event a product must be returned to INFO-LOGIC for repair or replacement, an RMA number will be issued by INFO-LOGIC. It is essential that an RMA number is obtained before the component is returned to INFO-LOGIC. Upon receipt of a request from your end user, our technical support personnel will determine with the end user if the product is defective and if so, will be replaced immediately on a cross-shipped basis, if not the replacement will be made within two  weeks. In the event a networking component must be returned for replacement.

WARRANTY

TRENDware International Inc. offers a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defect on the majority of the TRENDnet networking components. On certain networking components the warranty may be for a shorter period of time and is clearly identified on the price list.
